I agree with you Karlie there is bullying in our school and a lot of people don’t even realize it. It is helpful to some of the kids when the people come and talk but that only lasts for about a day then they forget everything. According to kidshealth.org the say to prevent bullying take charge of your own life and I totally agree with that. If someone is bullying you and they get physical and start hitting and beating you you hit them right back that's what I believe in. Don’t ever be the first to hit.

I think the state needs tougher laws because cops pull you over for speeding or seat belt or something in that nature. They never pull you over for texting or eating a piece of pizza or something like that. Many lives would be saved if they had tougher laws against distracted driving. According to distraction.gov 71% of teens and young people say they have sent and read text messages. 10% of all drivers under the age of 20 involved in fatal crashes were reported as being distracted. 25% of teens respond to a text message one or more times while they drive. This is an issue that needs to be addressed because lots of people die because they were distracted. NEED TOUGHER LAWS.

I totally agree with you Kent I have watched kids on online classes cheat. Parenthood.com says that there are currently 20 cheat sites on the internet where kids can go and get answers to their homework. A so called 75% of kids in school cheat using the internet. I also agree with you in the fact that they cheat because they are stressed. Their friends do it so they feel stressed that they should do it, that's what I believe.

I agree with you Kyle. Glass-castle.com says that 73% of students and grad students cheat. I think people cheat because they are under pressure and like this web site said, kids these days don’t have time to study with all the sports and stuff. Math and science are the courses where cheating occurs the most. With the increase in technology cheating is very popular on a computer because you can share a document with a friend or someone. This website said cheating is seen by many students as a means to a profitable end. Kids cheat mostly because they are pressured to get better grades.

I think kids should get paid for their good grades because if they work hard enough on getting the good grades they deserve to be rewarded. In greatschools.com a school in Chicago says the average student would earn $800 and a very good student would get $2000 a year. With this program when the student deposits the money the bank will teach them to manage their accounts. I think that is a very good thing. If students get money to that would be great motivation. I think kids in our school would benefit from this but our school doesn’t have the money.

Homework is needed because it helps kids learn the subject they are being taught. It allows kids to work at their own pace and get things done. In examiner.com it said that it teaches the students to develop good work habits. Homework also allows kids to prepare for tests or quizes. If teachers didn’t give homework students wouldn’t do a darn thing and their grade would reflect that. I personally like homework because if I have a bad grade in class I want assignments so I can get the grade up. Homework is a good thing.

School uniforms are a bad idea because uniforms distract the students individually. I think we should get to wear whatever we want because it expresses everyone's personality and how they feel. Also if families don’t have the money to purchase the uniforms they will have to work even harder and have less money. Statistic from the pros and cons of uniforms show that students wearing uniforms are bullied by students from other schools that don’t have uniforms. In today's society kids and teenagers are so negative about everything and are so hard headed they would just complain about the uniforms constantly so it would save the teachers a headache without uniforms. I feel that students should have the right to choose what they want to read. If the book makes them feel bad quit reading the book its called common sense. Its their decision to either read it or not read the book.
