Honestly who came up with the ideal that kids should get money just for good grades. Its just terrible and i'm going to explain why it is. On this document I found on the internet. This man states that, in his own words, "it sends the wrong message to young students, making cash rewards overshadow the real value of hard work in the classroom, that of it leading to a much larger payday when applying that education in the workplace." Also there is suck thing as, "easy classes," and I bet that every kind will get on that once they hear the word "money" involved into this. Its just stupid to say the least about paying for something you should just do naturally. I rest my case on Paying for Grades.

Distracted driving had been around for a really long time now, and with the new phones like the Iphone 5, Galaxy S4 and S5, and all the other smart phones, texting while driving is easier to do. Education wont solve this problem with the teens of America. The law needs to get tougher. Why do I think this, well I sorta do it, I look up new music to play using YouTube on my phone. On a website that base is to stop this "crime" states that 71 percent of teens admitted to texting while driving. That's a lot of teens that could lose there life. It also says that 78 percent admitted to reading a text while driving. You could lose your life by just reading a "lol" or "ttyl". One of your best friends could die since of this. I rest my case on the "crime" of Texting While Driving.

In our schools, people have a tendency to cheat on homework or tests ,but why? Because they don't want to fail, which increases the pressure of the student to do good. I read this document on a website that had a survey. The survey stated that 75 percent of students admitted to cheating in high school. Also 95 percent where never caught. Sadly enough I am part of that 75 percent so I know how it feels to be under pressure. Your parents want you to do good and you don't want to let them down. Then when you do it just rots in your gut till you make them proud of you again. Pressure leads to this cheating that is in our schools. I rest my case on cheating.

The topic of bullying has been around for a long time, and some are wondering if there children are safe from this. Well, since the schools rules, or laws, are not good enough does that answer your question. No? Here let me and research tell you why. I've been around The high school for about three years, and I've seen lots of stuff go down . I know for a fact that we need tougher schools rules. In an article called “schools have to do work,” this man states that there is no more a cure for bullying then there is for envy and greed. I agree 100% with the writer, there is no cure, but you can prevent it. The article also says there should be criminal penalties for cyber bullying, how you going to enforce that when there is always two sides of a story. You got to take care of it in the schools first before you can enforce stuff like that. Toughen the school laws so people don't kill themselves. I rest my case on bullying.

Honestly, homework is a pain to do, but it is needed to learn. Homework is a vital tool that is looked at like it's a waste of someone’s time. I might be sounding like a hypocrite but I know this is true. On this college website that I found named education.cu-portland.edu,it states that homework helps you with four traits. The four traits are responsibility, time-management, perseverance, and self-esteem. I agree with the first two, but the last two are little out there but i'm not in college so yeah. If you do your homework, you also will re-learn what you learned in class during school. Also, you can use the homework to study for test in a subject instead of looking off your notes. You can look at problems that might be on the upcoming test that you need to study forhjfgfgv. With the time management skill, while doing homework, you can plan out your day better so that it will go well as planned. A organised schedule is better than a mess and this skill will help you a lot in the future. My final verdict is that homework is needed and should not be taken away from the students of schools. I, JudgeZach, rest my case of Homework.

School Uniforms cost less but not overall, since students don't want to wear school uniforms out of school as well, so parents will have to spend more overall. Students want to feel like there own person so they don't want to be another face in school. A way to be there own person is by there own look, they don't want there look to be of there school. So parents will spend money on uniforms and there children's look.

I think that school uniforms are a bad ideal because you lose the right of individuality that life as given to you from the start of your life, School Uniforms will cut that freedom from you in the most important years of your life. People have the right to pick what they want to wear to school, not something sexual or dirty, but at least a given choice to what they should wear for another day in there life. On the website www.sheknows.com, some of the other cons shes says is that there is finance issues with this kind of system, since of the low income families wont have the money need to pay for the uniforms since they already payed for clothes for there children's individuality. Also teens could get tattoos and piercings to try to express themselves, and so they feel different from all the rest. Overall The students should have the right to choice what they want to wear. They have the choice to take the classes they want, read the books, they want, and love who they want. So why take away some of there freedoms, in some years they will be on there own. So why take this right for individuality away from them. Just why take a piece of there self away from them in the most important years of there life. These are the most important years of there or your life. School Uniforms will cause you or them to just be another face in the crowd. I rest my case about School Uniforms.

Not all people are old enough to read these books that have sexual content, but children can still get a hold of these books.

0 points

Some schools don't have a choice about the books they get because of there money situation. Not all schools have the money like we do.

0 points

Because if one of our children of the youth gets a hold of one of these books then there minds will be clouded with the sexual or ugly content. The children are the life of the earth to come and if they are exposed to this kind of writing at such young ages, then they will question the dark future that they might have. Then we have the racial content that may offended many of our good, honest people. A book shouldn't offended anyone who reads it.
